To give you a quick tour of this place, the “portfolio” section is a 24-project overview of my fave illustrations from the last decade, a mix of editorial, commercial, and personal work. The “shop” section includes dozens and dozens of my art prints, some of which are personal projects, and others that are reprints of illustrations of mine that have earned lives outside of their original context.
How Illustrations are Made 16x21” print ($60 CAD)

This is "How Illustrations are Made," being a many-pointed industrial expression of the life of a commercial creative professional. I combed through my own studio's activities (both creative and not) and did my best to include it. On it: an observatory, life preserver, lightbulb, shank, photocopier, globe, paint, office supplies, watercolours, infinite toil, the inevitability of death, sketch incinerator, alphabet, calendar, cash, budget chart, deadbeat clients, telephone, computers, photo studio, reference library, clock, alcohol, copyrights, coffee, ink, locked entryway, shipping room, flatfile, illustrator, stunted little domestic life, etc. Printed in an open edition, signed and dated on reverse.
