Toronto on 26 June 1976 24” square silkscreened print ($80 CAD)
This is “Toronto on 26 June 1976,” and it shows that city on the opening day of the CN Tower. Just left of that CN Tower you can see Kensington Market, the top border of the map is made by the Royal Ontario Museum, and yes, Billy Bishop Airport (at bottom on Toronto Island) was there in '76, too. It includes 45 or so specific Toronto landmarks and buildings. Screenprinted in an edition of 1200, signed and editioned on reverse. Note: a very affordable black frame for this can be found at Toronto’s OCAD Above Ground art supply store.
